Once classes are booked they will be none refundable.

If you miss a class in the term block that class won't be transferred to another term.

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, do hereby grant permission for daughter/son/ward to attend cheerleading and dance classes sponsored by and conducted by Future Allstars by Tycoons Allstars. In order for daughter/son/ward to receive the necessary medical treatment in the event of an injury or illness, I hereby authorize the Future Allstars by Tycoons Allstars Staff Members to obtain medical treatment for my daughter/son/ward for such injury or illness during any event, and I hereby hold the Future Allstars by Tycoons Allstars, including but not limited to, The Academy/ Coach/ Owners Or Institution and their representatives harmless in the exercise of the authority. I further acknowledge, understand and agree that in participating in these events there is a possibility of physical injury or illness and that my daughter/son/ward and I are assuming the risk of such injury or illness by her/his participation. I also understand that on breaks my daughter/son/ward will brink none choking hazard food with them in in the case they don't the responsibility is on the parent/ carer and not The Academy/ Coach/ Owners Or Institution and their representatives.

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, do hereby give permission for my daughter/son/ward to attend and to participate in cheerleading and dance classes by Future Allstars by Tycoons Allstars. I hereby acknowledge that by attending and participating in cheerleading and dance classes that there is a possibility of physical illness or injury to my daughter/son/ward and I do hereby for myself and all others who might have a similar claim waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages, which may arise now or in the future against the Future Allstars by Tycoons Allstars, including but not limited to, its owners, operators, officers, agents, or representatives, for any and all damages which my daughter/son/ward may sustain or suffer while attending and participating in the events. It is expressly understood that I agree to reimburse, indemnify and hold harmless Future Allstars by Tycoons Allstars for any claim, interest or subrogation by any person, company, corporation, or association that may arise regarding this event or waiver. It is also understood that I will be responsible to Future Allstars by Tycoons Allstars for counsel fees and costs related thereto.

I understand that Future Allstars by Tycoons Allstars produces promotional material about its programs. I understand that as a participant, I may be included in video tapes or photographs taken during the event. I hereby grant Future Allstars by Tycoons Allstars, its successors, assignees, licensees, sponsors, television networks, and all other exhibitors, the exclusive right to photograph or video tape participant and further use the participant’s name, face, likeness, voice, and appearance as part of its advertising and promotions without reservation or limitation. In granting this license, I understand that Future Allstars by Tycoons Allstars is under no obligation to exercise any of its rights, licenses, and privileges herein granted by the participant.
